Cancellation Policy
Reservation Policy Reservations are held for 30 minutes after your selected booking time. Payment is made upon arrival at the venue. Guests who arrive after the 30-minute grace period may forfeit their cabana if it has been reassigned. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Management reserves the right to release unconfirmed reservations during busy periods. Guests must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol. All prices are subject to 15% GCT and 10% service charge where applicable.
