Cancellation Policy
Reservation Policy Birthday packages are by reservation only and are subject to availability. Reservations are held for 30 minutes after the scheduled booking time. Payment is made upon arrival at the venue. Guests arriving after the 30-minute grace period may forfeit their reserved package if it has been reassigned. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Birthday setup and package inclusions are prepared based on your reservation. Guests must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol. All prices are subject to 15% GCT and 10% service charge, where applicable.
